To install it:
Download the addon. DO NOT UNZIP IT.
open blender 2.7x go to File->User preferences->Addons->Install from file...
select the addon to install and click "Install from file..." then enbale it with the check box to the right.
You have the addon installed.
To use it:
You can go to File->Import and File->Export. There should appear "XNALara/XPS Mesh (.ascii/.mesh/.xps)" and "XNALara/XPS pose (.pose)"
Alternatively you can use the new XPS Toolshelf:
To display the tool shelfs in the 3DView window go to View->Tool Shelf (Shortcut: T)
There should be a new tab called XPS (as seen in the screenshot).
The import and Export buttons available vary depending on the current selection.
Import Model: Independent of selection.
Import Pose: Needs an armature selected to import the pose.
Export Model: Needs a at least 1 mesh and 1 armature selected (if more than one armature is selected, only one of them will be exported)

Very cool. Second: I love Silent Hill Games, and I big fan too I was looking for Heather T-shirt model and skins, and Cheryl Heather Mason from Shattered Memories, but I can't find nowhere
